As an enterprise exercising full social responsibility, our factory conforms to all safety measures for work staff as well as every possible hygienic standards. This is to ensure that every batch of quality vermicelli production meets all safe and hygienic food consumption standards stipulated by the Ministry of Health.
Our long-term compliance with the guidelines of the Ministry of Health's Food Safety System has earned On Hing the ‘Food Safety Accountability Certification’ (Makanan Selamat Tanggungjawab Industri, or MESTI in short) from the said Ministry, making our products more in line with market requirements.
In addition to food safety certification, all our vermicelli brands are certified ‘Halal’ by the Malaysian Islamic Development Authority (JAKIM) to ensure that Muslims can consume them with complete peace of mind.

Fully Automatic Production

Fully Automatic Manufacturing, More Stable Quality, Better Taste
Our production is divided into two key areas: semi-automatic and fully automatic processes. The former has been constantly optimized for a few decades, while the latter represents the most innovative production mode for contemporary vermicelli.
In fully automatic production, manual labor is completely replaced by innovative, cutting-edge technology. The entire assembly line has been precision-engineered to ensure simple and orderly manufacturing processes. From the preparation of materials to the drying of vermicelli, only 8 people are required to operate and control the assembly line.
Fully automatic production is an innovative feat in the field of vermicelli manufacturing, just like our switch to semi-automatic production in the 1980’s. It brings distinct advantages to production, including a more stable quality and a more delicious taste, not to mention that the production speed is much faster than before—an output of up to 20 tons per day!
Flexible Nationwide Distribution System to Ensure No Out-of-stock Situation
Transportation

As a highly competitive vermicelli manufacturer, in order to provide fast delivery, we have our own transportation vehicles to ensure delivery of fresh vermicelli to the customers’ stores every day to prevent any out-of- stock predicament.
We have developed a nationwide delivery system and, coupled with our own transportation system and a high degree of flexibility in terms of team mobilization and time utility, we do not have to wait for a third party to respond, thereby ensuring the most efficient delivery service to all customers.
